Our area of focus is anything in a support capacity for finance and accounting professionals. From controllers group, reporting, product control, treasury, risk, valuations, regulatory, financial planning and analysis, internal and external audit and many more.
Join our boutique team, working very closely with the partners who will provide extensive on the job training, coaching and mentorship. Cumulatively the team at Nevis recruiting have over 40 years experience of working in the field of accounting, finance and recruiting. We love to share our personal and professional experience gained during this time with the new hire to mold this individual to be a successful recruiter in the field of accounting of finance.
Important attributes for interested applicants would be:
- Some level of industry skill and expertise (preference to someone with an accounting and finance background)
- Good listener, communicator, leader and team player
- Steady, consistent, organized and methodical worker
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to understand candidates resumes and desired roles
- Ability to manage clients' needs and eventually in a few years the ability to procure business for the firm
